Importance of carrot

I would rather use "Importance of Carrot" as my title rather than Night Blindness. Well, I think I am starting to get night blindness. Sob... Sob... So CARROT... is my only hope. For this post, I'm going to advertise carrots and encourage people to eat carrots.

CARROT IS GOOD !!!

Carrot is one of the most healing foods that provides the finest and highest quality in nutrients, especially from its juice. It is an excellent source of pro-vitamin A, vitamins C, D, E, K, B1 and B6. It can help to reduce night-blindness and many other sickness (go refer to your bio book).
Because of this I'm starting to love Bugs Bunny. He is now my idol. He encourages me to eat carrot.

Stand By Me

When i first listen song, i felt something weird. A song that i heard before but i couldn't recall who sang it. The tune very familiar with another song yet i couldn't remember it. After listening a while, i remembered who sang it. It was when I was in Form 3 when Radin sang this song except he modify the lyrics with " and mangkuk, mangkuk stand by me"

After watching this video, it seems that something very strange. The male must always follow the female everywhere or he will be in disaster or trouble. He must always "Stand By Me".

Penang Star Walk

As a participant and a competitor of StarWalk 2008, I have to wake up as early as 4.40 in the morning. After a long semester break, I'm not use to waking up at this time. I was half drunk when I woke up. Hahahaha...

Went to McDonald for breakfast as me or any of my family members are lazy to cook breakfast and off to PISA to for attendance report. Upon reaching there at 6.20am met this Jason Siew with his neighbour. Short while later saw Chin Hooi, Edward, Chia How and other Old Frees there. Chat till 10 minutes before the walk start my stomach starts to ache but its bearable. Wanted to go to the toilet but the queue is like 30 people waiting. Therefor, I just say forget about it, hang on... walk for around 1hr 30 min and u reach ur toilet (I timed myself to complete the walk in 1.30hr before)

Sadly, I didn't know the race is on. When I see people start walking relaxingly, I thought they were walking to the starting point but after a certain distance, something is wrong and I pecut all the way till the end. All the friends that were with me, I have to leave them because they need to look after a girl that seems to be important to "somebody". Hahaha...

As I was walking, I saw Fairchild factory. Therefor i curse the factory (because of them, i have to learn so many types of semiconductors). After walking for a while, I saw MAS A330-300 plane flying across, taking off over me. Wah... so excited to see one taking off. Walk a while again, saw the FireFly Twin Otter plane taking off again. Wah, again so excited. Was hoping to see a bigger plane like B747-400 taking off but sadly cannot see one. :(

As I walk and walk and walk, all a sudden I see this Cheah Chun Teik( my former head warden) who was not a competitor walk ahead of me and have the time to say Hi and talk a few words and walk about 50 meters ahead of me. I was shock with his speed of walking, very impress with him. Wow... Walk short while again, i saw another friend again but this time manage to cut her ;)

I keep walking and walking till I see PISA (Finishing point). Add more speed in walking, see anybody in my category means CUT, overtake. Don't care and toilet is near. Must increase more speed. SPEED... LOL

Fianlly i finish the walk in 1hr 20 min. 10 minutes earlier then I expected, maybe due to the toilet motivation. Hahahaha.....

So finish means.... RUN to the toilet la, go relieve myself first. After everything settle, go to the stall setup by MILO, Sunkist, Malta and 100 Plus and get all my free drinks. I drank lots of cups of water from various stalls. In the end, my stomach has the mixture of all the drinks. If you learn chemistry... MILO + 100 Plus + Sunkist Orange + Sunkist Grape + Malta + my hydrocloric acid in my stomach = !@#$%^%. Not to be worried, my stomach is still OK!!!

Drinking lots of sugar water comes with the leg massage. Thank God i brought my Counterpain (My brother in sports). Apply some of it and massage my own leg. Digi did setup a massage stall but you must prove to them that you are a Digi user (I support Maxis =D ). Worse nobody want lend their Digi phone to me. Sob..sob...

Finally the time has come. Its Lucky Draw. Top 5 prizes are motorbikes sponsored by Suzuki. Other prizes are electronic items that are sponsored by Penasonic and Air tickets sponsored my Malaysian Airline, FireFly, China Airline, Eva Airways, Air Asia. The most worth air ticket are from Malaysian Airline, EVA Airways and China Airlines which are a one way trip from KL to Hong Kong, a one way trip from Penang to Taipei and a one way trip from KL to Taipei. The rest of the air tickets are common places such as Bandar Acheh, Phuket, Koh Sa Mui, "MANADO" and many many more weird places that i have never heard before.

As usual, Lucky Draws are only for lucky people. I was considered one of the "unlucky" one as i won nothing. Hahahaha... Finally the event finish at 1pm and i head home for my lunch and a long good rest to my legs.

Disaster

Today, Tuesday(9 Dec) suppose to be a fun day as me ,Eric, Marcus and Jsaon Siew are suppose to play badminton after a long period of time. It was a normal all the day as we are suppose to play from 2-4 pm but in the end we have to shorten it into 2-3.30pm.

The reason is.... while i was buying drinks in Permata, Marcus dislocated his right arm. I was quite blur on what happened when i return back to the court. So, since Marcus the first aider himself is down, there is another, Eric Matthew Capel. Sadly, he forgets all his first aid. Then all sorts solutions start to run through my head till Marcus himself decides to go hospital. Next problem arises, who is going to drive the car as Marcus drove all of us there? Alamak, since Jason just got his L lisence and Eric haven't get his P lisence, therefor leaving me to drive. After long time of not driving, quite nervous a bit but I have no choise but to do it calmly. After short discussion with Jason Siew only because he and me seems to know Penang road better and Eric kind of forget after spending a year in Ipoh for studies. Final decission go to Perak road Clinic (bukan sakit mental klinik tapi tepinya)

As I drive smoothly on the seem to be traffic-less road to me, i think i speed also untill each turning and break will make Marcus yell for a while (Imagine the pain) and worst, all the bulky roads and pot holes in Penang road increases the number of shouts in the car.

Upon reaching the Perak road clinic, the doctor said she could not help out because she fears that if she pushes back, it might be more dangerous as it might affect the nerves. Therefor they ask him to go to the General Hospital with a recomendation letter and an arm sling to support his hand. While the nurse was tying the Arm Sling, the nurse ask Marcus this question.
Nurse : Kamu main apa sampai kena macam ini? Basketball ah?
Me : Tak de la, dia main Badminton. Dia pi smash kuat kuat la.
Nurse : Oh... u mau ambil tempat itu siapa ah? Itu Lee apa ah?
Me : Lee Chong Wei
Nurse : ah.. ya.. Lee Cong Wei. U mau ambil tempat dia kah?
Me : Hahahahaha...........

So upon reaching the General Hospital, Jsaon Siew suppose to guide me to the Accident and Emergency porch but it turn out to be some lorong around the hospital that I myself don't know. As a result, i have to reverse all the way back to where I enter. (I should have throw Jason into the Radioactive room in the Hospital) After reversing all the way out, i finally decide to use my own knowledge about the GH parking. (He even guided me to a place where i shouldn't go) After parking the car, we went to the ER to find Marcus and Eric. And there is another Conversation

Eric : Eh you know what the person said ah just now? (laughing)
Me : What he said?
Eric : Kamu mau jadi macam Lin Dan ah?
Me : Hahahahaha.... Just now Lee Chong Wei, now Lin Dan.
Eric : Ya ler
Me : So later go in see doctor, i wonder what the doctor will say, Wong Mew Choo (Malaysia's top single female player)
eric, Jason & me : Hahahaha....

After waited for about one hour as we have to give way to the really emergency cases, it was finally Marcus turn. Jason accompany Marcus to enter as only one person is allow to enter, so we waited outside.( I malas want to go in, Eric hate the smell of the hospital) After examined by the doctor, he has to go for X-ray. While waiting for his turn another conversation.

Jason : Eh you know what the doctor said ah?
Me : Wong Mew Choo ah?
Jason : No. You want to do killer smash ah?
All of us laugh again. Aiyo, hear lots of nonsense la. Hahaha...

While waiting for X-ray, I called Marcus's father to inform him about Marcus condition. Another conversation.

Me : Hello, uncle ah. I am marcus friend. I just want to tell you that Marcus has dislocated his
hand and he is now in hospital waiting for his turn to X-Ray.
Mr Lim : Aiyo, really ah?
Me : Huh, in my head.
Uncle : Which hospital ?
Me : GH, Accident and Emergency department. I just call to inform you about him. So Ok?
Uncle : Aiyo Hmm. Ok
Me : Bye

After his X-Ray, we have to go back to the A&E to wait again. Haiz... waited quite long. While waiting, i realize that I have to look after my body parts as good as possible. I will not be so gila in my taekwondo classes anymore. I even notice, most of the patience there are Mat Rempits with cuts and injuries everywhere.

After waiting for a while, Marcus father arrive. So, Eric called his mother and ask permission to give me and Siew a lift back to our homes and i hand back the car keys to his father. But then as i said earlier, Eric has lost the roads of Penang in his head. He got confuse with the pick-up point his mother gave him.

YAY!!! Pn Anna Tan finally gave us a lift back to our home. Reach home around 7.10pm.

Intro to my new joystick

Finally PC Fair is here. I baught my joystick at the price of RM63. Bargained from RM 79 till RM 63. I never expected i could bargain till so low. Muahahahaha..... By the way, here is the picture of my joystick :

Anyway, despite its a working day (Friday) and during the afternoon around 3pm, amazingly there are lots of people searching surrounding there. I thought it would be a quite day, how dumb i am to think like that. There are so many people till there was almost a fight but i didn't stay back and watch. Hahahaha, not that busy body.

Well the story goes like this. I was walking, looking and at the same time look for the exit. The Exit and the Entrance are frm different sides. I didn't really care about my surrounding except if any hands touch my pocket and ( Bing Boom Bang) that guy might get from me. As I was walking slowly because the sales people are hyperactive on their first day, suddenly the girl standing 45 degrees on my right stop and told her boyfriend (I assumed) something and this man starts shouting in a violent mode.Chu chu ki bong teok wa eh cha bor, Chu chu kar bong wa eh cha bor (Who touch my girl [erm... means molest], who dare to touch my girl). As that guy shouts he stares at everyone surrounding her girlfriend which includes ME!!! As for my reaction i definitely look away just in case he couldn't find the person and starts pointing finger at me. Hahaha... But the actual reason was........ because my face doesn't look like a pervert. muahahahaha...... OK, joking. The real reason was all the while in the crowd walking, my hands was up in my chest, therefor i think the guy saw my hand up my chest will never get the chance to touch anybody. So after that, he calls the police or does any other thing, i don't really know.

Moral of the scene, always put ur arms as high as u can. BUT PLEASE DON"Y DO THIS

My leg hurts!!!

It all happened on Sunday. Was on my usual training till my instructor decided to ask all of us to go do duck walk. Haiz... Have to do despite cannot do. After completing a LONG JOURNEY of it. It came to an end. Surprisingly, it didn't hurt at all. Upon reaching home, i start to feel the effect. I could't walk up the stairs anymore. I felt that my leg has just been turned into jellyfish tentacles. Therefore i also walk like a jellyfish, keep on walking left and right and left and right. Finally, the pain arrive. Fulamak... was the word I can use to describe the pain, pain was unbearable. I quickly run to my bag and take the CounterPain and apply to my legs (Counter Pain is my best friend in sports =D ). It ease my pain just for half the day NIA!!! and I have to reapply it again. I just cannot stand the pain. Therefor, i was pretty limping more than walking.

On the next day, I went to play bowling. I was actually quite dumb to accept that invitation because, I need to bent my legs very low in order to bolw, and with the conditions of my legs, i doubt i can do it unless i force it. But then, I had no choice, since i agreed, therefor i have to force myself. Upon there, i not only torture myself, instead additional torture from MARCUS LIM by hitting my legs to test my PATIENCE is like adding salt to a wound. I should't had told him about my leg condition first of all. DAMN...

Today, Tuesday. Leg seems to be much worst then Monday but its on my left leg this time, the pain on right leg is already bearable but not the left. Still PAIN...

JOYSTICK!!!

I seriously need a joystick. If I don;t get it i will die of Boredom. Sob..sob... Why the hell PC fair is set on December, why not NOVEMBER. Arghhhhh.... i really want one, i badly need one, I'm dying to have one. WHY???? Can't they postpone the PC fair earlier??? cant they have it every month??? WHY????

Walk into my house, make sure no one sees me holding the letter and then quickly open and read it. Phew!!!

I PASSED the Exam. Waaaa... I nvr expect to pass at all. Phew... once again.

As usual. I would browse through the net during my HOLIDAYS and I made a discovery. As we all know, MAS is going to war with Air Asia. In fact they are already in war a long time ago, just that MAS has already make a transformation in their management. With all posters and advertisement going around, i find this one the most funniest.

Tropic Thunder or was it called as Tropic Blunder. LOL

This movie is seriously very funny. I have no words to describe it. Me and Wen Ping was laughing all the way from the beginning till the end watching this movie. It really deserve the title "World most fake war story" and "Tropic Blunder". Those who haven't watch that movie should go there for a laugh, especially when you are sad or down. Bet with you, you will come out laughing non-stop. Hahahaha

Boeing Aeroplanes

Boeing PLANES!!! My favourite commercial airline manufacturer. Boeing's toughest competitor is the Airbus. Recently with the existence of A380-800, it has begun to shake the business of Boeing. Hahaha. but nevertheless Boeing also did something to turnover their current condition. Before I go there, let me show you Boeing planes that is used by major airlines around the world such as MAS, SIA, United Airways, British Airways, Thai Airways, Eathad Airways and bla bla bla. So many la

Currently Boeing's oldest plane that is still in service is the Boeing 737-400 but recently the have modify it into a newer version (meaning, put more equipments and not modifying the shape of it) which is the B737-800. B737 is normally used for domestic flight which means it fly for a short distance like from KL to north of Bangkok max. This is because its a small plane therefore its fuel capacity will also be small. Furthermore, this plane is also light. Turbulence and bad weather will also shake this plane. hahaha

Next will be the Boeing 777. This plane has earn lots of record round the world. First record will be the first plane ever to be design fully using computer and not a single drawing on paper. Secondly, its the first plane in aviation history to have fully computerized fight control (Auto takeoff and auto landing), thirdly, its the first commercial plane with twin engine that can travel round the globe with only one stop for refueling. Forth, it is the 1st plane to have actually implement the refuse takeoff (RTO) brakes that will give them an emergency break if there is a problem while taking off. This plane was built with 6 tires on each side for a better braking system compare to their normal 4 wheel planes.
The B777 has various series such as the B777-300 and the B777-200. Some even come with a ER and LR at the back of their name. ER means Extended Range and LR stands for Longer Range. This plane did give the pilots lots of ease when flying but pilots still take it seriously when coming to flying just in case the computer betray them. hahaha. B777 is about twice the size of B737 and is widely use round the world mainly SIA, their smallest plane are actually B777 . Can you believe it.

Not to forget, Boeing planes since the B737 are getting heavier. Therefor their planes are not really effected by the turbulence especially this B777 because it has a super steady wings.


Next will be the Boeing 747-400 series. This plane i'm sure many people have heard of it before. It was the biggest plane in the world before the A380 appear. It was also known as the jumbo jet. A plane that has 4 engines and could fly round the world without fear. Quite hard to fly aslo this plane. Its too big. hahaha

Lastly the latest Boeing product, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.


Built to compete with A380. Has a very advance equipment like the B777 but this plane has also a technology that allows the passenger not to suffer jet lag (long distance travel) which is called the LED moonlighting. It is design to help our body clock to adjust to the time zone changes. This plane is also the first plane with its body is made up with more than 50% carbon composite materials. The B787 has a big window by its side ways like a picture window in a sky.

With high tech cabin will come with high tech cockpit. B787 flight deck is one of the most advance cockpit seen in aviation industry. The computer will display every single information that is necessary when needed on a 15" monitor and will auto hide information when not needed. Some important information will be displayed on the Heads-up Projection Screen which is located at the fornt of the window. Furthermore, the plane could detect turbulence ahead and it will change its direction or change of flight path in milliseconds . The radar equipped on that plane could detect more than 320 miles ahead. This helps the pilot to see the weather in front and at the same time allows the pilot to make decision to change the flight route. This is to ensure the flight is always smooth right from the beginning till the end.

This plane has three series which are B787-3, B787-8, B787-9. Boeing seems to build this plane in Japanbecause most of its hardware are from Japan. Not sure with the performance of this plane yet because its still new. Unlike the A380 which has already got lots of complains =D. Dun really like Airbus. =D

Due to boredom that has been constantly taking place, I have decided to start blogging things that I know, or I like. Somehow my interest towards aeroplanes grew deeper nowadays. I don't really know why.

Recently Air Asia has bought a brand new airplane which is the A320.

Friendly speaking, i don't really like Airbus planes a lot but they own the best technology in commercial airline industry. The reason i don't like Airbus is because its a very light plane. Most Airbus planes except the A380 and the A340 are light. No doubt the lightness of the plane is an advantage to save fuel consumption, especially the take off part, the plane will seriously get into trouble when there is strong wind, turbulence or bad weather. The plane is going to shake quite a lot. Because this problem the Pilot is going to have a tough time handling it. So, you have to pray for good weather when on board this plane. Or you might have some fear of flying. Hahaha..

But then Airbus has a cockpit that every pilot in the world wish to have one because it sidestick that is use to fly or maneuver the plane is super easy to use comparing to a Boeing plane which still uses the yoke. This is because the sidestick does not need to twist the pilots wrist to much where else the yoke needs to be turn like driving a car.

Boredom Strikes Back!!!

Its just the first week of my holiday and I feel so bored. I seriously need to find something to do or else people surrounding me will find me annoying again. Arghhh HELP!!!! What should I do for my 2 MONTH holidays.

This is what i did for the past week :
Monday, stay at home and sleep. Woke up at 9am then sleep back at 2pm wake up at 6pm. Slept again at 1am. Whole day SLEEPING....

Tuesday, do some house repairs, go paint the zinc. That really keep me occupied for that day or else my agenda of the day will be like Monday.

Wednesday, play bowling. Played a few rounds then went home. browse for interesting videos from YouTube at the night.

Thursday, played badminton. Sweat a lot. Got one very challenging player played wif us. I only get to smash on to his hody once NIA!!!! so sad. But i learn how to counter cross court technique.

Friday, Same like Monday. SLEEP again...

All my fun activities are pushed to weekends and my weekdays is just like this..... Arghhh...
Now u can see. So short my activities that i had done. Somebody got to seriously tell me what to do.

High tech and Low Tech

Yesterday I went to Bukit Mertajam, Bandar Perda. Go Aeon, a shopping complex something like Queensbay. I go there i feel bored because it reminds me of the torturing day on Friday in QB. Everything over there was very the same. Whatever Queensbay have almost there have, even "BASKIN ROBBINS" (Got a little bit frightened there, hahaha) A very nice complex. To those who never been there should give a try. If don't know the way, then here i am, GPS system. Hahaha, i can lead u the way.

OK.. Ok.. Now get into the main topic, high tech!!!
After shopping went to a restaurant, not really a restaurant also its like a high class kopitiam. Hahaha. When my father ask the waiter for order.... then.... fulamak.... I see something i never get to see in Penang Island before. In penang when a waiter takes your order, they usually write down or memorise your order. This one... special wan... this waiter use a PDA PHONE to take your order. Wow!!! i seriously never seen this before. At first i thought it was only she who uses PDA phone but then i start to notice all other waiters are the same. they uses PDA phones to take order. I alsolearnt that once they take your order, the kitchen will have a big monitor for the chefs to see the order taken down. Wah.... i tell my father. And my father replied, "you think only Penang Island people high tech ah? U dun look down at mainland people..." Fuyoh. really respect the tauke there.

After completing my usual trainig at around 5.30pm, I went to Hameediyah to eat Murtabak :D
Baught 5 packet for my family. This restaurant usue the memorizing method to take down your order. Each Murtabak cost Rm3.00

Therefor 5 pieces = RM3.00 X 5
= RM15.00

Wow!!!

Yesterday was a happy yet a worrying day. I finished my final examinations. Real scary. I finished my exam at 1pm. Go play fusball with Wen Ping and Marcus while Joel and Jonathan Toh played pool (As Usual). That's not the big deal, they finish each round in 20 minutes, its Marcus and Wen Ping that took 1 hour to complete the game. (Imagine the pro took only 20 minutes to play, 1 hour means damn tough fight = Super Pro player, Wooo... hmmm...) After that last LAUGHING match, we went to Queensbay. Huhuhu.... Seat Toh's car (HONDA CITY, rarely seat on good cars. Hahahaha) to Queensbay but that specific car has got a problem, its Air conditioning is seriously in trouble. So HOT.... reminds me of seating Marcus car (Hot Armour Car). I even wanted to bet with Toh that Marcus will get lost on his way to QB. (GPS system was removed frm his car dat day. Hahahaha) Supprisingly he didn't get lost. I underestimated him. Congratulations MARCUS, you are not that bad. hahahaha. By the time I reach Qb its already 3.30 pm. So super hungry. Checked my wallet, SHIT left RM6 in my wallet. (Sob sob) Kena buat loan dengan Teh Wen Ping, Loan RM10. Hahaha... after makan lunch still got the mood to go arcade to go play despite my wallet is almost burnt out completely.

After playing and walking around for a while, its already 6pm. Marcus decided to go coffee bean to get a cup of ice blended mocha. Cost him around RM14 and quite cheap. While waiting for marcus to drink finish his coffee, me and Wen Ping went to Borders to find comfortable chairs to seat. Unfortunately no chairs was left for us. Ish... but then we saw Meng Jon in Borders, wearing Borders T-shirt at the counter. Whooooo..... Meng Jon is working there. WOW!!! he quit school (Form 6, i think i know why. Hahahaha) to wait for his next entry into a SINGAPORE institute (Fuyoh... rich lo, want to go also must think again lo).

The fustrated Lee Jun Guan went down again to Coffee Bean to see how far Marcus had drank his coffee. Shockingly he just finished half of his cup. Haiz... drink till 1/4 left he says he cannot take in anymore. Wen Ping quickly take a sip of the coffee and start his commentings already. OK. Talk finish. Wen Ping's turn to make noise. We wants to watch movie. All of us Ok la... go watch Coffin lo. Not that scary also. I was sitting there without any reaction and did yawn a few times (lan si a little bit, LOL) Only Wen Ping and his wife got scared nia. LOL

Finally after movie, around 9.30 pm, go makan KFC cos budget really very tight for me. This time really burn out d. Hahahaha. But then still can eat wor cos TWP punya isteri belanja saya makan. Really thank her a lot. Must belanja her back Baskin Robbin. Hahahaha (She gila ais cream wan) And over here Marcus spilled his drink. While busy airing his pants in a so ODD looking way, Joel suggested to him to be like Mr Bean. All he need to do is to go to the toilet and use the dryer and air his pants. How to do? Think yourself. Marcus did find that idea not right so he decline it. After makan, Wen Ping went over to Starbucks to say hi to his fellow freinds that is still working there while Marcus take oppotunity to air his pants in an inappropriate way but this time he got the heat generated from the refigerator. I got sicked looking at it. Haiz Marcus oh Marcus. U are so a daing person.

After that obsecne event here comes my sweet home. I missed it since the afternoon and i can only gat to see it at the night. (sob... sob...)

Interesting Day ;-)

8.00 am:
Went to Inti as usual for my project presentation. Don't put too much hope here, i failed. :(
My useless circuit could not light up and by bloody rectifier betrayed me. So sad. Got only 10-20% OUT of 100%. :-(
But then i get to see lots of funny stuff. My friend who is also about to present his project suddenly created a loud BOOM... and a bright yellowish FLASH.. He actually short circuited the transformer. (To short circuit, just take out the 3 pin plug and take the blue and brown wire touch together.) Not to be worried, Inti was not burned down. Hahaha... Luckily Inti management expected this from us so they put a lot of circuit breakers and fuses in the lab. Hahaha... For about 2 minutes all of us got no electric current to test our assignment. After that here comes Mr Lim, one of the lecturer who is quite experience with his high end digital multimeter(his multimeter cost more than RM400) came to look at our "BEAUTY" done job. after he on back the main switch, he went around to look for the person who almost destroy the lab. Unfortunately, he suspected me of doing it.

Mr Lim : *Looking at my transformer* You have a DC power supply source in front of you, why you didn't use it?

Me :Sir the assignment requires me to step down the ac voltage into a dc.

Alan L : Yes sir, that's what Mr Koay wanted.

Mr Lim : If that case make sure your transformer is connected properly, Make sure your live and neutral are not touched.

Me : Huh!!!

Alan L : Its connected correctly sir.

Mr Lim : If connected correctly then why can trip of the power source.

Me : Sir its not me, Its them *pointing towards the other table

Alan L : Ya sir its there la..

Mr Lim : Of yes ah, sorry.

10.00 am
Maths class. One of my favorite subject but gonna hate it soon. Today also took my Test 2 and my Assignment 2 result. Did quite bad compare to others. Everybody is like got 30 sumthing and i only got 26. But i am still thankful because the past few week i was working on a Hopeless assignment. My Maths assignment did quite ok also, got 41.5 out of 50.( Copy wan, hehehehe...)

12.00 pm
Go play pool. Really suck. Was a clown on the table. Laugh all you can.. Go makan in hostel. Ate "HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN RICE". Fulamak... really betul betul hot and spicy wan. Drank 2 cups of water. By the time go back college can hear water shaking in my stomach.

4.00pm
Go Mr Chan Lab. We knew that today there will be a basketball match between Inti and PSDC at 6.30 and probability says that PSDC will have 70% chance of winning in this semi final match. Therefor Mr Chan aka basketball adviser or coach i dunno seems to be a little bit pressurized. Instead of finishing the lab at 6pm it ended at 5.30pm. The best part is he decided to cancel lab 4 (good for me because it was a real headache for me, cannot work again) After finish college we go makan then go see basketball match.

6.55pm
By the time enter Han Chiang College Stadium, Inti was already ahead of PSDC with score 21-19.
PSDC actually played quite well. All their players are good shooter but Inti has a very strong defending position which indeed made PSDC always shoot from outside the ring and score 3 points. Most of all my classmates went and support. Cheering, clapping loudly, booing loudly, cursing loudly, some making weird noise. hahahaha. But the support from shouting and clapping seems to be effective, each time Inti team approach, we keep on shouting "Inti" "Inti" "Inti" "Inti" and they score. Mostly inti scored 2 points where else PSDC scored 3 points. Game goes on till the end, Inti won with 85-82. Very good game. Will decide weather to watch the final tomorrow.

Everything Disorder.

Sleeping disorder, eating disorder, brain disorder, mental disorder, nerve disorder many more disorder. 3 days since Sunday 13th October till today 15th October, Semester 2 engineering students stayed up late till the morning to finish and troubleshoot an assignment given by Mr Koay TH. Friendly speaking, this really give us the taste of real engineering life which I suspect to be much worse in real life. About the assignment, we are ask to construct a circuit that is able to display digits from 0 to 7 using discrete components, meaning not allow to use Integrated Circuit (IC) and 7 segment display (google it out if dunno) connected directly from the power supply from the 3 pin plug which is 240V, 60Hz from TNB. After careful planning, we found out that without using an IC we can really die because the circuit will be as big as my 15.4 inch notebook size. Phew... But then, we browse through the internet and found this circuit and do some modification to be OUR circuit. Hahahaha...

By looking at the schematic drawing is already cukup Cheem(Hard) d. Hahaha

After getting this circuit we got to plan how to arrange the components in order to build on the so called circuit board. That is where our soldering skill is put to test. This is where the problem starts, just to build the 1st part of the circuit nia aka the rectifier already give us a super bad reading. Many people burn the resistor, some burn the transformer, some burn the fuse of the three pin plug, some burn other things la. Due to the failure, we got to start the troubleshooting immediately. The best part is we all build the same circuit and we found out that the circuit is sexiest where only the female students will work and the male will not work. Can you imagine we spend 2 nights just to troubleshoot the bloody rectifier. First night, Marcus, Joel, Wen Ping and me stayed till 1 am to troubleshoot. 2nd night we stayed till 3.30 am and third night we stayed till 7am. Because of that i almost go crazy. Due to support from my friends, i decided to continue with the circuit or else i will give up. Furthermore this hardwork is just worth 2 marks in the overall exam but its the knowledge and experiance from this circuit make us learn a lot. Something we never get to learn in theory, in class and also things that we never expected aka "Magic". Hahaha...

Even after that, results of troubleshooting is we did it correct but there is no result. That is also another big problem. Joel, Wen Ping and Marcus circuit burnt a resistor, so they decided to rebuild their circuit. Joel and Wen Ping rebuild 3 times and Marcus rebuild 2 times. I somehow lucky again, instead of putting a 100K ohm resistor i accidentally put 10K Ohm resistor and it didn't burn at all. Phew... I seriously don't want to rebuild the circuit cos soldering ain't easy. Its damn freaking hard to control it.

Life in college. So sad...

Yesterday was a sad day. Today is also a sad day. Tommorow will also be a sad day. So sad.

Yesterday
Class start at 12-2pm and 3-6pm. First session was Maths class. Mr Teo teach something about McClaurrin's Theoram. Luckily i pay attention or else i will definitely see stars by tomorrow. During the 1 hour break, me and friends went to Hondai buy our assignment stuffs and I seriously recommend you not to go there and buy anything because the things are seriously very EXPENSIVE!!! How expensive you might ask. I will give u a rough idea. Do you know what is a Niddle Nose Plier??? How much you think it will cost??? And you know how much they sell there??

Hondai sold the plier at the cost of RM95. I see, I almost pengsan. My friend Zhe Kang see, he cannot talk straight. Very the teruk. Cheapest needle nose plier i found cost RM17.

Go EGE class, see Mr Koay TH. Day dreaming again. Will never understand what he is teaching. So sad. His tutorial also I never do instead I larikan diri.

After college, go back home, I fell a little bit back to normal till the very moment I wanted to sleep. I notice something that I had not done, have not complete. Something usually I do before I sleep. Sit on the bed and start thinking untill finally i remembered, I forgot to off the light before going to bed. Swt... very Swt... What to do, i very depress ma.

Today
Class starts from 3-6pm. Go college and see Mr Koay TH again. Haiz... But today at least can learn something but the something is just 15minutes from the 3 hrs class. hahaha... the rest was used up to think of our Assignment which due date is tommorow, Wed. I considered very wonderful cos still can blog. Hahaha..

Must go college by 8am cos there will be Test 2 for EGE173. Will have to tumpang Marcus car which i believe he bela changkerik(s) inside. Last week hear lost of changkerik sound inside his car. LOL... Anyway, my test 2 sure doom again. So sad. Dunno wat is wat also. Haiz...After finish test at 10am, must go for Mr Teo maths class. His class at least not boring, cos there is this guy by the name Jason that will make us laugh. (He like to challenge Mr Teo and in return Mr Teo also like to challenge him) hahahaha... Finish college at 12pm but sure not going home yet because, Assingment not done yet!!! There is this saying "PFS boys are famouse for their last minute work". I think it is true lo. Hahahaha

Mission Accomplish!!!

Today was an interesting day yet also a sad day. The happy news is I was the FIRST to complete Lab 2 Assessment and the sad news is I did a lot of stupid mistakes. SHIT man, I cannot forgive myself for all the errors I made. Because of that error i lost around 5 marks. For your info, Chan really squeeze me up nicely but luckily I'm flexible enough to escape through (not the hugging type of squeezing ah!!!)

A Ractifier and also a Voltage Multiplier

Based on the circuit diagram, you are asked to construct it with the Vin = 5 Sin(200Pie t)

For those who don't know what the 5 Sin(200Pie t) means, its actually an Alternate Current (AC) where the 5 means amplitude/ voltage and the "Sin(200Pie t)" means the frequency which is 100Hertz for this case in a sine wave form.

After settting up the circuit, i glanced through Mr Chan's Assessment Criteria. It states the following

1. Competency in planning test set-ups/ procedures to evaluate circuit performance conditions queried in the LA-8
2. Competency in commenting the test outcomes in LA-8

LA-8 = Prepare a test plan to evaluate the circuit practically. Determine if its performance is optimum.

OKKKK, looks OK to me but then still dun understand what actually he wanted ler. Just Do It, yea, that's the motto most INTI Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering will use when in Mr Chan's Lab. They will just say this, "aiya man chap la, cho lo ki nia la" (Aiya, don't care d la, just do it la) So i follow that prinsip :D

After finishing experementing, here comes the time for assestment. Mr CHAN comes to my table.
Mr Chan : Tell me your test plan. What is your test plan?

Me : Umphhh..... poke poke my partner, then he did the talking. Hahahaha. (Later i c my partner also dying out of points d, so i reinforce him with some. Hahahaha...)

Mr Chan : Oo... OK. U sure? Do you have anything to add on?

Me : Umphh... YEA (? all over my head, hahaha)

Mr Chan : OK. (Sign the paper)

Me : Phew...

Mr Chan : What do you get in your oscilloscope?

Me : 8 Volts... (again, ? all over my head)

Mr Chan : How much Voltage did you expect from the circuit? Was it 15V?

Me : Umphhh... erm..... ar.... No ler. Should be 10 Volts. (Die d la)

Me :Crap crap crap crap crap.... n again crap crap crap

Mr Chan : Very good, you are good! ( he sign my paper, cos i find that i was the only one got 5 marks for that criteria)

Me: Huh!!! i talk rubbish also can get 5 marks, Walau woi. Really lucky that time. hahaha...

The siliest mistake i had ever made IS... the assestment paper ask me to put Sine wave but i put Square wave. Because of that Mr Chan scratch my paper, 2 marks fly away. So sad. Another sily mistake was made by my partner, we showed the wrong paper to Mr Chan and we kena slash again. Each time he slash, our heart feel like kena stab once. So painfullllllll..... ARGH........

By the way , if you wondering what slash or sign thing, here is a sample of our assestment...

See the Empty square boxes. That's the place for Mr Chan to sign. If he sign the 1st box starting from the left means, u scored 5 marks. If fail, he will draw a line across that box and you will have to go for 2nd attempt which is 3 marks. Same process continues if you fail again and this time u get only 1 mark. Still cannot... then the forbidden word will appear "INCOMPETENT"

Not to mention, Marcus force me go college so early today. Suppose to go Inti at 3.30pm but he force me go there at 11 am. Seow wan ler him. But then if i never go early i won't be spending time to think the lab assestment. So its also another way of thank you to Mr Marcus also. Thanks man. Because of that also, i forgotten to go Siew's house to take my stuff. LOL...

Vegetarian for 9 dayyyyyyssss

Whoever who knows me will not be surprised that i actually go on vegetarian for 9 days. Sounds common right??? But here come the saddest part la.... Of all time, of all other previous years, when I vegetarian time, my friends and people surrounding me never invite me go makan non-vege punya food. And THIS year, 2008.... This are list of invitation.

Rain and Badminton!!!

Today was a nice day. It was a cool raining day. So nice. Enjoying the fresh air that has long not been sucked into my lungs. So nice once again...

Ok, no more about raining. This time is about BADMINTON!!! Got interesting event happened today...

I booked a court in Permata Sports Complex from 1 - 3pm but there are 6 players. If you are wondering why not i book 2 courts... well the reason is because according to the counter, it is fully booked untill left that very only court for us. I took that court.

The players are, Eric Matthew Capel (E=MC square), Eiven Wong bla bla bla, Marcus Lim with his right side of his body full of pain, Teh Wen Ping with his painful ass, Jason SIEW, and me myself. Ya, all the name listed are noob players, hahahaha...

So, arount 12.40 Wen Ping came to fetch me from my house with Eric inside his car and then go to Jason Siew's house to take him and straight off to Permata. Not to be left out, Marcus and Eiven went there with another car. Upon reaching there, Marcus and Eiven still haven't reach yet, so we play 1st la... Cannot wait d. Tangan sudah mau beraksi d. hahaha...

Let the match begin... I have to pair up with SIEW wherelse Eric's partner is Wen Ping. For your information, I took the front and Siew took the back of the court.
*Reason Siew is not good at running, So i have no choise to take the front in order to survive

After playing for a while, I'm loosing.... And its BADLY.... abt 5 point backward. So BADDDDDD *Post mortem: Siew hit the shuttlecock too soft till we lost most of time for not passing through the net. Changed of strategy.... He take front i take back. From that time onwards things get better. :D

Playing for a while here comes our Dato Eiven Wong and YB Marcus Lim yang sentiasa datang lewat punya... Worst they interupted our ongoing match. Eiven came to my side and marcus is d other side. From a double Badminton turned into a triple Badminton. Weird I know.

When all are ready, we set this rule... In the double match, whoever that loose will have to leave the court and give way to the other team to play. 1st match was between (Siew & me) vs (Eiven & Marcus) anddddd...... the result is (Siew & me) lost. BTW, we played game 15.
*Oh yea, The interesting part started here. When my team and Eiven's team was playing a few rounds for warming up, I showed my skill!!! I SMASHED... to EIVEN.... and its a HEADSHOT, BULL's EYE, IT'S A HIT... Well actually the shuttlecock hit directly into Eiven's forehead. (Perfect shot) Hahahaha... To Eiven: Very sorry for that incident, because I see you so blow i decided to wake you up through that way. Hahahaha.... Everybody who saw that was laughing madly especially Marcus. But then Eiven was still blow when he was hit. (So sad la. nobody took the video of that event)

Nxt round was (Eric & Wen Ping) vs (Eiven & Marcus). Again they still win. Again (Eiven & Marcus) vs (Siew & Me). This time Eiven was very the cocky d. Action d. Won twice in a row. He dicided to give me 5 points ahead. So the match stare with 5-0. This time... was a tough fight. Siew also played quite well this round and we won this time. The score was 15-12 i think.. Not sure.

This goes on till the last 30 minutes before our time ends, we played single. AND this time to shorten it we played game 5. 1st round was me and Eiven. I lost to him. This goes on with Eiven vs Marcus then Marcus vs Eric then Me vs Marcus. Was an interesting match especially when Marcus is in the court because he will maka all the sound efect such as Oooh, Eeeeh, Aaaah. (Jangan fikir cenderung)

Well thats is what happened today In Permata Sports Complex.

Ps : I did not wear shoes during the badminton match because i am so use to bare foot when training Taekwondo. So, Marcus.. "New Balance(A shoe brand)..... Best shoes one could have". I don't agree with you. Hahahaha....

Again I changed to ljg.blogspot.com (My initial name)
"Sorry, URL not available", (Cannot tahan d)

Changed to leejunguan.blogsopt.com. Cannot tahan d. If still come out that bloody message i gonna kill the fela dat have the same name wif me.
"URL available" (Relieve... Arhhhh.... Finally.....)

Then I got curious about all the URL names dat i tried. So i typed ljg.blogspot.com Andddddddd..... it link to this: blog.dubito.me.uk

I clicked and i leave it for you to find out youself. (Beware, in real life I'm not that kind of person)
